Job Overview
Job Type: Casual
We are seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. You will work on client devices, including computers, laptops, and other IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and confidence to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Computer & Laptop Repairs

Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting

Laptop screen and battery replacements
-
Fan replacements, RAM upgrades, and motherboard swaps
-
Custom PC builds (including gaming systems)
-
General hardware maintenance
IT Support Services (Optional)

Email configuration and troubleshooting
-
Software setup and installation
-
Network and connectivity support
-
General IT consultation
Technical Skills
-
Circuit board repair, including soldering (USB/charging/video ports)

Mobile phone repairs (optional)
Documentation & Client Support

Maintain clear service records and job notes

Communicate clearly with clients about work performed

Answer phone calls when required
Required Skills
-
Experience with laptop screen and battery replacements
-
Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptops and desktops
-
Hardware troubleshooting and PC building experience
-
Basic IT support (email, software, connectivity issues)

Familiarity with Windows and macOS
-
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Bonus: Mobile phone repair experience
